Welcome to Wheels Manufacturing, one of the world's largest suppliers of high-quality bicycle derailleur hangers, small parts, repair parts, and specialty tools. We started in 1988 in Boulder, Colorado as a small machine shop producing cog removal tools and chain ring spacers, and quickly grew into a large-scale manufacturing facility producing a full line of small parts totaling over 900 products. We are now located in Louisville, Colorado, about 10 miles from our original location. At Wheels Manufacturing we strive to meet the demands of today's cyclists and service centers. We have real cyclists working in our facility, willing and able to tackle any technical questions that might arise during your repair or build. Have a question? Just give us a call and you will get a live person, not an answering machine or endless voicemail options. All of our products are made to exact tolerances with the highest quality materials. We have an extensive range of equipment in our machine shop, including CNC mills and lathes, as well as a large array of manual machines and equipment. Our parts deburring and polishing room completes the finishing process to make our products look their best. Wheels Manufacturing is proud to say that our products are designed and made in the U.S.A. This means no long wait time for overseas products of questionable quality and reliability. We are your domestic source for quality bicycle goods. Whether you are cycling enthusiast, bike shop owner, frame builder or manufacturer, Wheels Manufacturing can help you with any need you may have. Give us a try - you'll be pleased you did.

Ohio City Bike Coop Manual - 0 views

This manual is designed to help you have a better time volunteering at the co-op. It's much easier to have a good time if the job you're doing is easier, and we hope to make it easier by providing explanations that you can use to learn new tasks or remember how to do ones you've done before. There are entries here for most of the things we do in the shop, but some basic bicycle repair tasks that are hard to learn without taking a class are left out (for example, there's no article on how to adjust brakes). Enjoy!
