Interactive Whiteboard Resources for Teachers. A variety of free, easy to use IWB resources, for teaching a variety of subjects. New resources added weekly. These are great resources, mainly in math but there are a few language arts and one geography resource.

Science simulation software that contains everything you would find in a chemistry lab...raw elements, chemicals, equipment. You drag the items onto a work area to teach and/or create simulations such as chemical reactions...chemistry, electricity, math, computing, would be awesome on the SB.

Great graphing program within the Math is Fun suite...works great with smartboard and graphs can be converted from one type to another. You can input your own labels and values.

2100 videos and 100 self-paced lessons mainly about math topics that started as Sal Khan tutoring turoring his cousins and has now become a non-profit academy. Great TED talk on the main page talks about implications for changing education including flipping the lecture/homework paradigm.

This site has some great review lessons with interactive games. My Grade 6 students loved reviewing geometry terms with fireworks they set off themselves!

A great division video for Grade 6 in BC.

Thanks for this post, Jim. This looks like a great assortment of instant video tutorials. I watched the fossil lesson and found it quite entertaining. It was set up as a quest where you had to learn about fossils in the hall of knowledge before earning the right to visit different geological regions.
