Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that South Carolina rates have been going up since the election. Unfortunately, they've gone up the most they've gone up in years. I don't see that that's going to be a trend that's going to stop any time soon. Hopefully, they're going to level off here very soon, but I don't know that we're going to see them go back down to record lows that they have been for the past few years.
