We've self-reported experience and KSAs for years on paper resumes; 21st century resumes need to be hyperlinked and connected, too.

The sections have an assessment after each module that could be printed and filed to show proof of training received. It allows the employee to work at their own pace, and access the training from anywhere with internet access.
