    I think we are better of some ways then our parents were. However, things nowadays are far more complicated then they were back then. I know that now men are earning less then women are compared to what their parents were..but I think this is simply because men had started out with higher wages, I mean women weren't allowed to work for quite some time, and then when we were finally given a chance to work, our wages were pitiful...we've come a long way.

    Thanks for posting this story. Sometimes issues like bullying and discrimination are hard to personify without hearing how the victims are impacted. I think there was some level of attention at our school with the "give it a ponder" lessons. Do you think our school needs to do more to address bullying (physical or cyber)? Any suggestions?

    It's not really like adoption because you don't paid for giving up your child. I suppose it could be closer to surrogacy because you pay someone a lot of money to carry a baby for you and they give it to you in return.

    When people don't get the things they need they can get desperate, but it should never get to the point of killing over it. If you can't take care of you kids than you should eather get help or get rid of the kids to someone that can help.

    This is crazy, I've done a lot of research projects on discrimination and violence in the media and it shows bad influences on kids. This is good, it shows that some kids are looking at shows differently.
