  I find this funny. I think it's a great idea because some people just don't know how to keep there pants pulled up and to keep their underwear covered. Although I think this could also be bad because no matter what people shouldn't have to be told how to wear their own clothes. I think a lot of the student will probably rebel or with refuse to wear a belt they are given.

  I doubt those kids are going to wear the belts. In most cases, they could afford belts and probably have many, but it's the "style" they like, so they still will keep on sagging.

  did you know that sagging pants started in jails and prisons as a way to offer them self without the guards knowing. let the kids know that and then take them on a field trip to a prison see how many of them look like Steve erkel the next day.
