I don't think it's fair because most kids don't learn in the same way as others do. Some people are auditory learners and can learn how to do things just by listening, whereas others are hands-on learners. Another reason why A-F grades are not fair is because of ADHD or other mental health problems, they can cause people to not be able to pay attention to what's going on or just not being motivated leading to students to give up and not try anymore.
