I was thinking the same thing about that postcard March... number of lovers, and how exhausted she may be putting herself out there and nothing working out. The other one that I took to was the first one about dreading the seeing "pictures of your wedding on Facebook". Seemed like the dreadful friend that got everything or that got her man and then dealing with the flaunt. This whole exercise made me think of this project our class had to do for a conceptual drawing class. We had to reach out to the public, get personal thoughts in return and then display them in an interesting.. somewhat inviting manner.... a type of performance art maybe? Anyway, one of my classmates had us write down a memory on a postcard that we wouldn't normally share, then blew it up to a size we, as the audience, had to read as we walked through. Mine was that I kept an earring that I got from a boyfriend in high school. He died in a car crash when I was 17. Weird, only have one left, but I believe I still have it somewhere.
Okay, I'm officially ancient. I have finally found and got this link to work after a 3 day search. My address is above. Just in case, on our comment board under "blog" I have also posted this link a few days ago. Thanks. H
Hey Karen. So all should be corrected.. I changed all your suggestions in my blog spot so we'll see! I also posted the URL under the "Blogs" link on the bottom of the page. Let me know!
