Might be appropriate for CLP? Aimed at smaller orgs who don't have capacity to deal with full reporting requirements of larger ESF grants. Up to £12k available - next and final round beg October 2009.
Just came across this - haven't heard of them previously. Will, they are administering the hardship fund and I'm having a little dig to see if you have to hit all four areas or just one of them. I'll keep you posted.
