Example of an educational establishment using Youtube EDU programme - and what they say on t heir page to their staff - you will notice also on the left-side navigation that the establishment "Columbia Unviersity" - also compares youtube to the iTunes U programme. Remember that iTunes adds portability !!!

from min. 5.50 in the video it talks about the arts having the capacity to enage us and keep is enthralled ;-) prior to that how Ed is sooo boring and kids swithcing off because it can't keep up with Xbox and other fab ways of engaging !!! - Ed is still in the dark ages...
