An interesting and FREE interactive course designing kit available is UDUTU. Visit udutu.com and read more about their free online creation software. I was able to build an interactive course that functioned perfectly with our Moodle SCROM. I could also make the course available on mobile devices. Check it out if other software like Articulate is cost prohibitive.
