  An interesting and FREE interactive course designing kit available is UDUTU. Visit udutu.com and read more about their free online creation software. I was able to build an interactive course that functioned perfectly with our Moodle SCROM. I could also make the course available on mobile devices. Check it out if other software like Articulate is cost prohibitive.

  Thank you for posting this resource! So far, I've just looked at the tutorial on building effective courses, but it was extremely informative!
