iPiccy is another great photo editing web site. It allows its users to add wonderful effects to their images. What is great about this tool is that it does not require any installation or download. Whenever you are connected you can just head over to its main page and start editing right from there. iPiccy offers a plethora of editing functions that you can use very easily . Among these editing  services are resizing, cropping, rotation, contrast fixing, and equalizing.. You can also use their cartonizing tools to turn your pictures into cartoons, a service which i like the most.     iPiccy lets you upload your own pictures from your computer or  select an image that is stored online.
