A site where budding artist post their work. For us educators, the site offers a huge collection of great artwork to use in class. This is a nice idea for our art students.

The goal of this site is to have a self portrait of every child in Britain. If you're in the UK, you'll want to participate. I like that there are instructions for parents and teachers because sometimes students are at a school that doesn't "have time" for such things. Cool Project.

By making an animal shaped box out of clay, students honor both the vast diversity of Africa's animal world, and also create a functional work of art! After choosing a favorite African animal, students will hand build a clay box with lid.
