Meditation kept the Wild Boars calm, composed and safe - G News - 0 views

  •
The details of the great escape of Thai junior football team and their coach 'wild boars' are emerging out slowly. The boys and their coach entered the caves to explore on June 23rd and were trapped deep inside the cave complex as rains flooded the caves. Till July 2nd their whereabouts were not known. Cognitive resources that would otherwise be hijacked by the threat can be accessed once again, meaning that problem-solving capacities increase." She further added that " Given that insufficient air and food was a major issue for the trapped boys, meditation is actually a very practical response to both of these c
