  I'm going to be using at least 10 note cards. Its professional, its not distracting, it enables the FLOW of our direction and it will keep us on track as we have to keep our time down to a a maximum of 2 minutes.   I thought that each person was getting their own (one) slide? Might keep it more organized and simple for Doug.

  First we should find out how much information will be necessary for each point. If there is a lot I can make more than one slide. If it's fairly simple we can keep it to one slide.
