#2 jacobimj on 05 Oct 14This was a really cool ad! I could definitely see the appeals to pathos with the adjectives to each gender; the comparison was really interesting. I think visually, the fact that there was only music in the background and sort of a faded color scheme showed how the visual rhetoric really brought out the purpose, and how we should be focusing on the people in the commercial and how they're perceived.

#3 mittelbm on 06 Oct 14I agree! The video uses situated ethos and uses pathos towards showing equal opportunity towards women. It focuses not only on women having "great hair" and feeling good about themselves, but also to empowering them as well.
