    We at Jobingenieur are trying to take benefit from latest Web 2.0 technologies to renew the perception and usage of job boards. Creating a Facebook group (more than 600 fans for us), indexing job offers using XML on Twitter or creating a dedicated social network using Open Source technologies are some of the innovation we have been implementing during past 12 months. And all of them brought new visitors.

    I would suggest to start with a Facebook group and applications such as XML to twitter.

    How about your innovations regarding employment on the Web ?
