Thanks for posting a good synopsis creativity and virtual team. i have written a series of papers on the topic of virtual teams (Please see the link http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/cf_dev/AbsByAuth.cfm?per_id=1379350) in three articles “Innovation and R&D Activities in Virtual Team” , “Virtual Environments Innovation and R&D Activities: Management Challenges” and “Innovation Process is Facilitated in Virtual Environment of R&D Teams” I tr to explore the relationship between creativity and virtual team.
