  This group will help answer questions regarding real estate buying selling and investing. With so much information out there, we have found clients coming to us more educated (that is a good thing) and having tougher questions about how to manage all the newfound knowledge.
  
  "We love working with FTHB's (first time home buyers), they come with so many questions and bring real excitement & get-up-and-go to the table." say Tim. FTHB's are a lot of fun, but not very profitable from a business standpoint. That is a real cause for many agents not work with them. There is a need out there to help teach, explain and spend extra time during every step of the buying/selling process. The bottom line, if we do a good job, many will be able to either keep their current homes for a lifetime or upgrade on down the line. We rely on what we tell them to be accurate and truthful, so they will let us serve them in future transactions and investments.
  
  "We love our community and try to do as much as we can during any free time. The main reason we wanted to start this group is to help serve the community. Realtors are looked upon less favorably than lawyers and I want to change that. Serving and teaching is just one way to break the stigma" Say Melissa.
