The idea is to have that team of people to pull one out of self-talk as a necessary tool for keeping oneself 'in possibility' - also David Logan and colleagues have a hierarchy of group development, where the highest level is defined as success of all - at a level of thriving.
Tribal leadership has a very active LinkedIn Group, blogs and webinars. They use a triad structure for accountability and support. They also have a very interesting assessment for group evolution. I will try to post a picture of their group assessments.
