ILEJ, the "Internet Library of Early Journals" was a joint project by the Universities of Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and Oxford, conducted under the auspices of the eLib (Electronic Libraries) Programme. It aimed to digitise substantial runs of 18th and 19th century journals, and make these images available on the Internet, together with their associated bibliographic data. The project finished in 1999, and no additional material will be added. Redalyc, proyecto académico sin fines de lucro, es un sistema de información y valoración de la calidad científica y editorial del conocimiento en Iberoamérica, impulsado por un grupo de investigación, que genera indicadores bibliométricos sobre el impacto de las revistas, autores y países, siendo un importante repositorio del conocimiento con 550 revistas en línea con más de 121 mil artículos a texto completo. Redalyc es el esfuerzo generado por la Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociales de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, en conjunto con cientos de instituciones de educación superior y sistemas de información.
