In Indian stock market before the day of expiry , the market traded in a ralax mood. Midcap and Smallcap stocks are sluggish. Oil and Gas stocks have selling pressure. IT, realty and pharma stocks have buying trends. BSE Sensex index is currently rise 0.2 per cent or gain 50 points and is trading at a level of 26,794. NSE Nifty gained 10 points is trading at 8013 levels.

Retailers surpassed analyst expectation for September but many experts predict the growth will be short-lived. Consumer sentiment remains strained and jobs data is weak; two factors that could be reflected in holiday sales.

Midcap and Smallcap stocks have buying trend. Realty, Banking and Capital Goods stocks also have buying. Metal stock are in selling. Sensex gain 53 points or 0.2 per cent and is trading at 26,805. Nifty gain 15 points or 0.2 per cent and is trading at 8006.

Midcap and Smallcap stocks have buying trend. Realty and Auto stocks also have buying trend. All BSE indices are in green. Sensex headed with 132 points or 0.5 per cent growth and is trading at 27,013. Nifty rose 36 points or 0.5 per cent and is trading at the level of 8064.
