The fantasy world of dreams comes true when we see magical wand, sorcery, ogres, supernatural elements and many more amazing things doing worthy amusement for us. We hook for them; we fall for the mayhem that the animated characters do altogether. "OMG, can it be happened?"-these are the words that stir in our mind but the most fascinating thing is to watch your favourite animated stars cladding in gorgeous dresses seem ready to steal your heart. Animated movies are the food for brain, candy for eyes and will surely make the watchdogs wise, irrespective of their height, age and gender. Comic Books are basically a lot like the soap operas, they get a little far fetched at times and the Batman series isn't any different. Batgirl not only has gone through a lot of transformation with just her attire and in the movie but she's gone through actual character changes as well through out the years. In 1956, Bob Kane and Sheldon Moldoff decided Batman and Robin both needed female counterparts in order to stave off the gay rumors about these characters and voila Batwoman appeared, aka Kathy Kane (issue #233 in Detective Comics) for Batman and then in 1961 Batgirl, aka Betty Kane (issue #139 in the Batman comics) appeared as a sidekick for Batwoman. When Julius Swartz took over as editor both of these Batwoman and Batgirl characters were taken out and were replaced in 1967 by the Barbara Gordon 'Batgirl' (issue #359 in Detective Comics). Well according to Bob Kane he had drawn a picture of what he thought the Caped Crusader should look like, however, Frank Foster has a different story. But alas in 1939 the first Batman comic was published and the rest is 'history'. One major difference between Superman and Batman however is the fact that Superman has super powers which comes from his Kryptonian background while Batman is mortal, a simple human being who depends on his 'awesome gadgets'.
