www.diigo.com timing out - 47 views

  Posted on behalf of one of our students trying to access Diigo:
  
  "I have been unable to log on to www.diigo.com. The site just does not open in my Firefox browser. Any suggestions? The error which is shown on the screen is "Connection Timed out .... The server at www.diigo.com is taking too long to respond."
  
  I would further like to add that i am using a laptop having a Windows 2005 with 1 GB RAM, Internet connection is 512 kbps Cable net connection. I tried with Internet Explorer also. But still can not access Diigo."

  Same here. I am unable to access Diigo from any browser. It is throwing time out error. This is not good as most part of my website is dependent on this platform.

  Do you have smooth internet connection? The problem lies with your internet connection instead of our site.

  Thanks so much Sandy. It worked fine after some time. I was told that it could be due to issues with my proxy server.
