This is in response to Peter Avalos' complaint here about being disappointed at the level of support on diigo. Try e-mailing them again. This morning I was having a problem with my toolbar and I had a reply from Joel @ diigo within 30 seconds. He proceeded to walk me through how to solve my problem via multiple e-mails. I think their support is wonderful! Try e-mailing them again.
