A couple of us have been able to share comments, but most of the people I work with can't. The common bit seems to be what network they are on inside my company.

Can I get a bit of description about what network access / messages is required by diigo?
We've done more research, and this isn't the problem.
The annotated link works as long as the person receiving it is a member of diigo, otherwise it loops endlessly trying to connect and failing. Is this desired behavior?
I've marked up a web page. If I send the annotated link to someone that's either me or a friend, the link works. Otherwise, people are getting a page not found response from the Diigo server.
