I'm seeing this same thing. The bookmarks seem to get saved but don't show up under the correct tags. If I go to my bookmarks (no tags selected) I see the recent bookmarks, with correct associated tags, but clicking into a tag doesn't show all its contents -- only up through the end of March or so.

I've been using Delicious as a backup and the bookmarks are showing up there under the correct tags.

This isn't happening occasionally for me. It's happened with every single bookmark for the last month, on multiple computers. Very, very not cool.
