Found Diigo when looking for a "web highlighter". I have found this application incredibly useful, as well as the Webslides. I just used one for a successful job interview for online promotion of a local bar / venue, so Thanks :) . I have mentioned Diigo in my blog, and it is highly listed in my top 10 web tools post.
Anyway, my point: Webslides is a fantastic presentation tool, if Highlighter markings could be displayed during viewing of the slides, it would be even better. I have read your note about not displaying "community highlights" to inhibit defacing of sites. I agree entirely, but maybe you would consider adding a click box to the "customise slide" page that enables the display of the slideshow creator's highlights. This functionality will enable me to display use Diigo better.
Would love to hear if you have any way of making this possible.
