    A survey conducted across the Mumbai by Hiranandani hospital shows that
    around 94% of working women suffering with sleep-deprived problem,
    scarcely managing six hours of sleep. Problem related to sleep is
    promising public health epidemic. Due to inadequate sleep, less than 5
    hour sleep in person shows high risk for developing diabetes. Women
    working in Mumbai spend a lot of time for traveling, along with working
    hard at job place and at home. Due to insufficient time for adequate
    sleep they may develops autoimmune diseases, hypothyroidism or even
    cardiac problems. Health services in India suggesting eight hours sound sleep for reducing stress, build up concentration and boosting immunity
