  My contextual menu as it would normally appear in Firefox 3.0.4 extended with Diigo Toolbar 3.1.6.5 on Mac OS X 10.5.5:

  The effect of enabling the option:
  
  
  
  
  = Bug =
  
  * only Diigo items remain in the menu
  
  * most other contextual menu items are missing.
  
  
  = A guess =
  
  Could this be a conflict between Diigo Toolbar and some other extension?
