  Now, the pages are loading noticeably faster, and I can't reproduce the bug. Maybe a one-off, or maybe the behaviour was a proper response to something that I had preferred in another window/tab to Diigo.

  Off-topic: I don't like waiting for the entire page to load (sometimes tedious) before finding the options to prefer fewer items per page, before finding the Next button and its neighbours, before finding the count of items…
