Peculiar selection behavior - 5 views

    Hi, I have two different systems that behave differently when it comes to triple-clicking to select a whole line of text and then clicking on Highlight (either via right-click menu or tool bar).

    System A is running the latest Firefox and Diigo on Windows 7 Pro, and if I triple click a line I want to highlight, selecting the Diigo Highlight toolbar button or right-clicking and selecting Highlight works properly.

    System B is also running the latest Firefox and Diigo on Windows 7 Ultimate. Triple clicking to select a line, then selecting highlight won't work. I have to manually drag out the line carefully, making sure I don't get the last non-text character (Line break?) in the line for the Highlight button to work properly.

    If I highlight a line with triple-click, I can hold the Shift key, press the Left Arrow key once, then the Right Arrow key once and the Highlight menu works fine. R

    Really strange.

    As you might imagine, using Diigo on System B is VERY time consuming. On System A, it's mint...

    What should I check to fix this, character encoding, custom fonts, ???

    OK even wierder is if I triple click on System B, select Highlight, nothing shows up. But refreshing the page, it DOES show the highlighting.

    Why wouldn't this update the highlighting on the fly like on System A?
