  Just a note to second the calls for Diigo to incorporate the ability to highlight and annotate pdf files. Without this feature, the use of Diigo in academic circles will be limited. For example, in the online courses I'm currently taking, all the reading assignments are place in an e-reserves folder in pdf format. Also crucial for academic use is a more robust feature for capturing bibliographic data for each document.
