  Pressing the up arrow on the keyboard:
  
  * should move the I-beam to the _beginning_ of the field
  
  * actually causes the i-beam to bounce momentarily to the beginning of the field, then back to the _end_.

  Not a bug in Safari. The same behaviour is evident in Firefox 3.0.4 on Mac OS X 10.5.5.
