missing "bookmark" button - 15 views

  I upgraded to OS/X 10.6.4 and am using Firefox 3.6.9. I installed the latest Diigo add-in, but am missing the "bookmark" button on the Diigo toolbar. I am signed-in. I tried signing out and re-installing the add-in.

  Please right click on the FF toolbar, select the "customize" menu and "restore defaults".
