Mail Clients that can inline translate emails - 1 views

  What is the best email client for the mac that has inline (preferably automatic) translation? I would prefer to use the include mail app in OS X but I think this is not possible?
  
  So I'm looking for alternatives that can do inline translation... preferably free (for this feature) but please also list paid alternatives. I know about emClient but it is quite expensive (if I understand correctly about $120 to buy it with lifetime updates)
  
  also outgoing translation would be nice
  
  I flaired it because I assume flairs are required but this is general purpose OS X question, not limited to Sierra.
