  Super-featherweight May fights in front of his home crowd against Sydney-based Korean Hwi Jong Kim, using the fight as a tune-up for his revenge bid against Waylon Law next month.
  
  Law inflicted May's only pro los in a six-round war in Brisbane in February and the West Australian's new promoter Ty Colman has secured a rematch at the WA Italian Club for the end of August.
  
  Sharp also suffered a first defeat on that card in Queensland five months ago, but he can pick up a second win in three weeks against durable NSW middleweight Steven Ma tonight.
  
  Sharp was convincing against Wade Ryan at last month's Thunderdome show at Metro City, where Ma was outpointed by Wes Capper.
  
  In preparing for this fight Sharp has been sparring Matt Garlett, who challenges for the Australian super-featherweight title against champion Kye Mackenzie in Newcastle next Friday.
  
  And next Saturday, unbeaten Perth lightweight Clint Hosking can move into the WBC top 15 if he beats Indonesian Roy Tua Manihuruk on the CDL Western Alliance 13 show at the WA Italian Club.
