  If you'd like to get rid of the highlight names in your Instagram profile, you'll need to know how to remove them. Highlights are a group of your best photos from the past year. In Instagram, you can either choose a new name for your highlight, or use a blank one. To do so, simply copy and paste the blank space at the end of the highlight's name.
