In a recent study, The New York Times interviewed 200 people at Amazon, from new hires at JFK8 bus stop to back-office employees in other countries. In addition to interviewing people, the paper reviewed company documents, government records, warehouse feedback boards, and legal filings to determine the impact of Amazon on the workforce. The findings are alarming. And they call for a more comprehensive study on the company's impact on the workplace:
