Group tags are not showing - 0 views

  Links saved under my group's tags are not searchable - I get "No results" or
  Sorry, we are either doing a backend upgrade,
  or experiencing some temporary difficulties.
  Please try again later. If the problem persists, please kindly report to us. (which I have done).
  
  Any ideas? I am having to go through all my group's saved resources manually, which is taking alot of time.
