Group email notifications no longer being received - No response from support despite a premium account - 1 views

    Hello,
    I manage around 40 groups from my diigo account. For a month now, no subscriber for any of the groups has received email alerts.
    However, I renewed the premium account 48 hours before the interruption of shipments and I can continue to mark pages.
    In addition, I was able to send invitations to join certain groups which were correctly received.
    Alerts do not arrive in spam, are not blocked upstream by my company's mail server ...
    In addition, I send messages from the support contact form, emails to addresses that I was able to retrieve from previous contacts, Facebook, messages on Twitter are not possible ... NO response and this for almost 2 weeks.
    Any help will be welcome.
