  SSIA: Can accounts be setup so that users of Diigo will only see notes on specific websites? Thanks in advance for your assistance =)

  You can create notes that apply to specific groups, and only those Diigo users that are members of those groups will see those notes. I am not sure that is exactly what you are asking for though. Sounds like you want certain Diigo user accounts to be isolated and cut off from publicly accessible annotations (perhaps for use in the classroom) and that I don't think you can do.
  
  If this is for personal use and you don't want to be inundated with others annotations, there are filter controls. Choose from the Diigo Toolbar, > Highlight >> See All Annotations and then the appropriate filter control.
