  For Safari I guess that it'll be implemented either as (a) an extension or more portably, (b) a script, a bookmarklet.

  - from my point of view, without that in the Diigo API it's difficult to script what's needed.
  
  Workaround (assuming that bookmarklets can be used with Safari in iOS)
  
  1. add bookmarklet Post to Diigo
  
  2. edit the address of the bookmarklet
  
  3. use the code that's pasted at http://pastebin.ca/1932241
