  After adding comments, save the bookmark.

  http://about.diigo.com/about/confluence.workday.com%2Fpages%2Fviewpage.action%3FpageId%3D24639034 does not reveal the comments, but I should treat this as normal for an underlying item that is password protected.
  
  Suggestion
  
  For an item that is not bookmarked by the person viewing the page,
  Diigo should suppress the invitation to Comment.
