Can not add members! - 32 views

  I have been trying to add members to my teacher console for the last three days. Each time I get an error message. I have sent a feedback email to Diigo, but to date I have not had a reply. The people at Diigo are looking forward to hearing from me, but I would like to hear from them! Here is the error message:
  
  Sorry, we are either doing a backend upgrade,
  or experiencing some temporary difficulties.
  
  Please try again later. If the problem persists, please kindly report to us.

  Having tested just now, it works fine for me.
  Are things all well now?
  If the problem persists,can you please send more detailed information to info@diigo.com?

  Still the problem. I go to:
  
  Add members to the UP1 Group
  Option 1: If your students don't have email addresses
  CREATE STUDENT ACCOUNTS & ADD THEM TO THE GROUP »
  
  I type in a student name in the Enter Names field, I press Create. I get the same error message being:
