Actions menu broken within sticky note: Add Sticky Note option is missing - 8 views

  At http://poptech.wiki.zoho.com/ where I have highlighted Recently Changed, the sticky note is broken. Its action menu is limited to Help….

  This bug is probably blocked by another bug,
  Sticky notes on highlights can't be public alongside public comments
  
  Following the required workaround - an expanded My bookmarks view of the bookmark, to add a public sticky note - it becomes impossible to use Diigolet 3.1b541 to stick anything more to the highlight.
