Memphis schools aren't meant to be segregated, but a large amount of students at public schools are black and at private schools are white.

This is very true but I don't thing it was on purpose that whites go to private and blacks go to public.

If you look closely, you won't see anybody but black people. They refuse to allow anybody but their own race in the Frat house. They need to have a mixed culture, so segregation wont start up again.
