They were simply required to log into the SMG-YouGov site via the website link to verify their information with their name and postcode. This link was in the top stories on whufc.com and visible on the website all week.

    Every Bondholder, Season Ticket Holder and Corporate Member over 18 years of age is eligible to take the poll. The Club are keen to ensure that any supporter matching this criteria is able to take the Poll. YouGov have also selected a cross section of Academy Members and match ticket/package purchasers who appear on the West Ham United database.
