Kids.gov: The U.S. Government's Official Web Portal for Kids - 6 views

I think this is a great site. It has information for students, parents, and teachers. There are links to games, discussions about difficult topics to help students, motivational information for parents and teachers, and a whole lot more. As a government website, the nice thing is that it is not cluttered by advertisements.

REVISED ASSIGNMENT: Using either Quest Garden OR a web search for webquests... Find TWO WebQuests that can be modified for your grade and subject level. Paste in the URL of the WebQuest and then WRITE A DESCRIPTION of (1) HOW IT CAN APPLY to your project and (2) WHAT MODIFICATIONS you would do in order to make the webquest better fit your project standards. Even if the webquest perfectly fits your project, describe what changes you COULD make to the quest in order to make it better for a wider variety of learning levels or abilities. Paste your two links to your webquests into the appropriate section in your Livetext project.
